Industrial Development Board
The Industrial Development Board is a not-for-profit, non-governmental corporation with the sole purpose of promoting, developing and assisting in the planned growth of Nashville's business and industrial community. The Board consists of representatives from all the districts in the city, leaders in private business, and is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board's powers include the issuing of industrial revenue bonds to qualified borrowers for the acquisition or lease of industrial, Non-profit, Education, and office properties.
