Budget Highlights: Careful Stewardship |
The
2004 Operating Budget reflects the careful attention Metro
has paid to management of our business and as well as the
careful stewardship of taxpayer dollars. Total revenue collections
for Fiscal Year 2003 through April were on target with earlier
projections. Because of good stewardship of those collections,
we will be able to meet the needs of Nashville going forward
without a tax increase.
