  • STATE OF TN ANNOUNCES THE SMALL & MINORITY OWNED BUSINESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (SMOB) The State Treasury department introduced the Small & Minority Owned Business Assistance (SMOB) Program to support outreach to new, expanding existing businesses in TN that do not have reasonable access to capital markets and traditional commercial lending facilities.
