Capital Budget and Planning

The Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) is an annual compilation of the Metro Agencies' proposed projects over a six-year horizon.

The Capital Spending Plan denotes the projects from the CIB that are recommended by the Administration and approved by Council to be funded and undertaken.

The Capital Budget & Planning site provides information about Metro's Capital program along with individual project details and status reports.

Revenue Manuals

The majority of revenue received is recorded in one of the General Funds: GSD General Fund and USD General Fund. The two General Funds provide for the traditional operating services of the government. These funds receive property and sales taxes, charges for services, fines, penalties, and other revenues. The annual Revenue Manual provides descriptions of each of these sources of revenue as well as budget vs. actual information.


Cost Accounting - LOCAP

The Local Cost Allocation Plan (LOCAP) is Metro's plan for identifying, accumulating, and allocating central service costs in the government. The costs identified in the LOCAP may be allocated or billed to users. Visit the Cost Accounting website for additional information.
