A & E Master List Application

To participate on construction and facility improvement projects managed by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, all architectural and engineering firms must exist on an A&E Master List, approved by the Metro Council.

Periodically, it is necessary to establish new Master Lists to reflect changes in firm ownership, areas of expertise, and general contact information. As a result, a new list is being developed. If your firm plans to do work for the city in the future, you will need to complete the attached form. This is true even for those currently holding contracts with Metro.

The complete new Master List will be submitted to the Metro Council for adoption by Resolution. The Master List will also aid in the notification of A&E firms in areas of their expertise.

This may be an administrative process for your firm’s staff but submission of it is a declaration by the principal owner or managing officer of the firm. Please respond completely and accurately.
