Ms. Dooley joined the Metropolitan Government in 1998 in the Parks Department. She moved to the Finance Department, Division of Purchasing and Contract Management in 2001. Ms. Dooley is responsible for analyzing and reporting metrics for metro. She also is responsible for coordinating the document workflows for contracts. Ms. Dooley serves as the Secretary to the Procurement Appeals Board and Procurement Standards Board.

Ms. Dooley is a native Nashvillian who has graduated from Father Ryan High School, Nashville State Community College with an A.A.S in Office Administration, and Aquinas College with a B.S. in Business Administration. Beth attained the Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) status from the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).
