Who We Are

The purpose of the Strategic Management Team is to coordinate strategic planning and business process improvement so that elected officials and departments can make data driven decisions to achieve their goals and citizens see value in the way their tax dollars are spent.

What We Do

  • Provide training to Metro employees
  • Provide data collection tools to departments
  • Inform the budget process by providing performance information to decision-makers so they can make effective and efficient operational decisions
  • Inform citizens of Metro’s performance
  • Inform citizens on how to become more involved in their government
