Now that your staff has a clear understanding of what the long term goals are for the organization and how they "fit" into the success of those goals, provide them with the information and inspiration to contribute to the organization's success.
Implement
Take a look at step by step tips on topics such as performance data collection and examples from other governments on how to collect, analyze and use performance data.
Celebrate
Once the performance data has been analyzed and put to use, find something to celebrate!
