The facility shall be open Summer 2011, and is located at the corner of Donald Avenue and Rivergate Parkway in Goodlettsville, Tennessee and will be approximately 16,000 square feet and feature a children’s area, teen area, computer space, café style coffee and vending area as well as meeting room space.. The building shall feature two (2) new vehicular entrances to the site, one on Rivergate Parkway and one on Donald Avenue, as well as 90-100 car parking lot. The project shall be a LEEDTM Silver Certified Facility.
