When Coverage Ends
Your coverage under the Basic Life and AD&D program will end when any of the following occurs:
- you leave your job at Metro
- you are no longer an eligible employee or pensioner
- the plan is terminated
If your coverage ends because you leave your Metro job, you have the right to convert all or part of your Basic Life coverage to an individual policy. See Conversion Rights.
