Portability Rights
If you leave your job at Metro, you will have the opportunity to port all or part of your supplemental life and dependent life coverage to a group policy without providing proof of good health.
To port your coverage, you must apply for and pay the first premium within 31 days of leaving Metro. Contact the insurance carrier for more information about your portability rights.
