Sick Leave
Sick leave is a type of benefit that provides you with continuous income while you recover from short-term illness or injury. Sick days are to be used only if you are truly sick or need to see your doctor.
Your coworkers depend on you being at work. When you are absent someone else has to do your job. Regular attendance and promptness in reporting to work benefits everyone. Abuse of sick leave may lead to disciplinary action.
