Sick Leave Eligibility
Most employees are eligible to accrue sick leave. An employee whose services are being terminated, either voluntarily or involuntarily, shall not accumulate any additional sick leave.
Employees who average less than 32 hours per week are considered part-time and may not accrue sick leave at the same rate as full-time employees.
