Disability Not Covered
You are not eligible for STD benefits if your disability results from:
- a work-related injury
- an intentionally self-inflicted injury
- war (declared or undeclared)
- violent or criminal conduct
- loss of license or certification
- an injury or illness that occurred before you were enrolled in the plan
- certain pre-existing conditions (See Pre-Existing Conditions)
