Applying for Disability Benefits
If you become disabled and cannot return to work, you should notify your supervisor as soon as possible. To apply for disability benefits, you must notify the Human Resources Benefit Services Unit and complete an application form. You must also provide the Benefit Board with satisfactory medical evidence that you are disabled.
