Celebration of Cultures in Centennial Park on Oct. 4
The annual Celebration of Cultures festival will take place in Centennial Park on Oct. 4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

2009 annual enrollment for Metro employees starts Sept. 24

Mayor's Youth Council to host talent show
Middle and high school students in Nashville are invited to audition for Stars of the Future, the 2008 Mayor's Youth Council Talent Show. Auditions will be held Oct. 11. Interested students should submit an entry form by Oct. 3.
