Help Desk- The ITS Help Desk provides personal technical assistance and support to Metro users. The ITS Help Desk provides a central user contact resource for assistance with technology issues and questions.
- Metro3
- Metro3 provides video for locally broadcast TV Channel 3 available to Comcast customers and airs 24 hours each day, 7 days each week.
- Network Security
- ITS manages network and personal computer security to provide reliable network connections with minimal risk from unauthorized intrusion, virus attacks and spam.
- Network Support
- ITS designs, builds, maintains and supports the Metro enterprise network infrastructure that provides connectivity to all Metro departments and agencies.
- Operations
- The ITS Operations division provides payroll printing and monitoring services to Metro, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Personal Computer Services
- ITS Desktop Support Services provides direct customer support using PC remote control technology and desk-side visits.

- Server Support Services offers server specification, acquisition, assembly, installation and staging in preparation for production service.
