Network Support
ITS designs, builds, maintains and supports the Metro enterprise network infrastructure that provides connectivity to all Metro departments and agencies. The infrastructure maintained and supported by ITS includes hardware, software, configuration and transport medium (i.e. cabling, wireless, etc.) of network devices, routers, switches and all Infrastructure support services, such as DHCP, DNS, WINS, RADIUS, and authentication.
