Operations
The ITS Operations division provides payroll printing and monitoring services to Metro, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Upon request from Payroll, Operations will print bi-weekly, MNPS, semi-monthly, general government pension & MNPS pension payrolls. This includes the printing of checks and the printing of direct deposit confirmations. Operations also prints longevity payroll, W2s and 1099s.
Operations also provides 24 X 7 monitoring for the systems that Metro depends upon to conduct business. Included are the monitoring, care and execution of specific job functions necessary to support Metro data processing needs.
