ITS Desktop Support Services provides direct customer support using PC remote control technology and desk-side visits. Desktop and laptop units are provided diagnostic, break-fix, imaging and replacement support functions.

- Installation and configuration of new units acquired at department request
- Facilitation of the purchase process for desktops and laptops

- Dell Warranty coordination for Desktop Support Services deployed devices
