Poverty Income Guideline Summary
In an effort to assist as many clients as we can, there are various Poverty Guidelines used in determining eligibility. The services provided on the Community Service Block Grants are designed to assist clients with the least amount of monthly household incomes. The services provided under the Community Service Assistance Program are designed to assist families that have a slightly higher monthly income, but have experienced some unexpected issue that caused serious financial crisis.

2007-08 Income Guidelines for Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) and Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), which includes: Emergency Assistance, and Homeless Services. Federal Poverty Income Guidelines for families at or below 125% of the Department of Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines.
