An ordinance authorizing the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services (“METRO”), to enter into an agreement with Carillon II Investment Partners, hereinafter known as “CARILLON,” to fund the operation and maintenance of a public pressure sewer extension for its development at Heron Pointe (Project No. 13-SL-28).
