Function: The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency is composed of a seven-member Board of Commissioners, two of whom are residents of public housing. It meets regularly to establish policies, approve expenditures and give guidance to the staff in carrying out the Agency's programs. The Board works through several committees known as Development, Finance and Audit, Management Review, Housing and Community Services, and Personnel and Career Development.
