Procurement Appeals Board

Function: The Procurement Appeals Board has the jurisdiction to review and determine de novo any appeal by an aggrieved party from a decision by the purchasing agent or designee. Aggrieved parties can also appeal decision by agents who have the authority to debar or suspend the consideration of a contract award.
