Function: The Transportation Licensing Commission is responsible for the administration and management of the department which regulates taxicab, wrecker-towing services and horse drawn carriage licensing. The Commission, through its director, is responsible for a $300,00 budget as well as two inspectors and an office manager. In addition the Commission is empowered to establish rules which provide additional regulations and procedures for management of this operation.
