SUBJECT: EXECUTIVE ORDERS

All Executive Orders in effect on September 21, 1999, including the Ethics Policy are reaffirmed and continued in effect for a period of 60 days, unless superceded by new or revised Executive Orders before the expiration of the 60-day period, except for Amended Executive Order No. 89-11, which is not continued in effect beyond the date of this Order.
