A resolution repealing Resolution No. RS2004-129 recognizing the Cherokee Wolf Clan.
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan County Council adopted Resolution No. RS2004-129, a memorializing resolution recognizing the Cherokee Wolf Clan, on January 6, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the Council now desires to repeal Resolution No. RS2004-129 in its entirety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Resolution No. RS2004-129 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
