A resolution approving the tree bank fee schedule promulgated by the Urban Forester.

WHEREAS, Metropolitan Code of Laws Section 17.40.480 provides for the establishment of a tree bank, with contributions thereto to be made pursuant to a fee schedule promulgated by the Urban Forester and approved by resolution of Council; and

WHEREAS, the Urban Forester has promulgated a fee schedule, attached hereto, which represents the costs of providing the required tree densities.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the tree bank fee schedule promulgated by the Urban Forester, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
