A resolution authorizing a loan under a loan agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, and the Tennessee State School Bond Authority in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $21,760,000 dollars (twenty-one million seven hundred sixty thousand and 00/100 dollars).
