Media Request
For the Public:
VHS and DVD copies of Metro 3 videotaped public meetings or programs are available at a cost of $3 for the first VHS tape or $1 for the first DVD copy.
If this request is for multiple copies of the same program or this is a multiple title request, please contact Metro 3 at 880 1414 as actual costs may vary according to the request.
Media Request
Copies must be requested by completing the media request form. Media request forms can be filled out online below or at the Metro3 offices located at the Historic Courthouse, 1 Public Square, Room G82.
Please mail or drop off a completed form at the address listed above. You will be notified by phone or email when your copies are completed. Once you have been notified you must pick up your copies at our Metro3 office. Payment must be made by cash or check (payable to “Metro Government of Nashville”) when picking up your copies. Copies are made in the order of request and as department production schedule permits. Please allow up to two weeks to be notified by phone or email of completed copies.
For METRO Departments
Metro Government Departments are provided VHS and DVD copies at no charge with the provision of providing blank media when making a media request. You must provide blank media when turning in your request. You must provide blank media (Blank VHS or White Inkjet Printable (WIP) DVD - R media) when turning in your request. You may order media stock at the followingorder media here.
