Antioch-Priest Lake Community Plan Update
The Antioch-Priest Lake Community Plan is currently undergoing a scheduled update, set for completion in late October. As with our other Updates, this one began with a series of community meetings aimed at asking and understanding community members’ vision for what the area could become. Midtown Areawide Zone Change
Planners are currently preparing a potential comprehensive rezoning in the area bounded, approximately, by I-40 to the east, Broadway/21st Avenue/West End to the south, I-440 to the west and Charlotte Avenue to the north.
Community meetings were completed in May, and the Planning Commission is scheduled to consider the changes July 26. Our Midtown Areawide Zone Change page explains the situation in detail and offers opportunities for public review and comment.
