South Nashville Community Plan (Subarea 11)
The Planning Commission adopted the current South Nashville Community Plan on December 13, 2007; it is one of fourteen community plans which guide growth and development in Davidson County.
Each of those plans is updated every seven to ten years, and amended as necessary. The plan posted below includes the Nolensville Pike Detailed Neighborhood Design Plan formerly posted separately on this page.
