South Nashville Community Plan (Subarea 11)
Commission approves South Nashville Plan update
Community plans are regularly updated every seven to ten years; the Commission approved the latest modifications to the South Nashville Community Plan on December 13, 2007. This update Plan will guide South Nashville's growth and development over the next seven to ten years; it covers an area roughly from Franklin Road east to Massman Drive, south to Harding Place, and north to Interstate 40, and it includes a "detailed neighborhood design plan" for the communities along Nolensville Road between I-440 and the zoo. The final version of the plan is currently being formatted and will be posted here soon; the draft version posted below is essentially identical.
