Donelson-Hermitage-Old Hickory Community Plan (Subarea 14)
Donelson-Hermitage-Old Hickory Community Plan adopted
by Metro Planning Commission on October 4, 2004
The Metro Planning Commission adopted the Donelson-Old Hickory-Hermitage Community Plan on October 4, 2004. This included three Detailed Neighborhood Design Plans (DNDPs) for neighborhoods in the community. The DNDPs lay out land use policy at a greater level of detail for three walkable neighborhoods.
Both the overall community plan and the DNDPs are found on this web page. They are divided into sections to be easier to download.
The land use policies that are shown on the Structure Plan maps in the Community Plan are contained in a document called the Land Use Policy Application. Read the Land Use Policy Application.
