Bordeaux-Whites Creek Community Plan (Subarea 3)
Scottsboro/Bells Bend community meetings will continue through spring 2008
A Detailed Neighborhood Design Plan (DNDP) currently under development for the Scottsboro/ Bells Bend community will focus on creating a community vision based on appropriate land use, development character, and design intent which complements the character of the area.
The process of generating that plan began with public meetings in October and November 2007 which explained the planning process and offered information related to land use in the area. Community input on the proposed plan began with a "visioning session" in January 2008, when community members and planners discussed ideas for how the area might grow and develop.

Bordeaux-Whites Creek Community Plan
The Metro Planning Commission adopted the Bordeaux-Whites Creek Community Plan on September 25, 2003, and amended it by endorsing the Clarksville Pike Corridor Master Plan on January 22, 2004. The Corridor Master Plan is a Detailed Neighborhood Design Plan for the Clarksville Pike Corridor. The land use policies shown on the Structure Plan maps are contained in the Land Use Policy document.
