Disability Services
The Nashville Career Advancement Center (NCAC) coordinates employment and training services for the Tennessee Career Centers in Local Workforce Investment Area 9. NCAC provides a comprehensive network of career, employment, educational, and training resources for employers, employees, and job seekers in Davidson, Rutherford, Trousdale, and Wilson counties.
NCAC participates in the Disability Program Navigator Initiative in order to improve employment and training services for customers with disabilities.
The Disability Navigator Initiative focuses on developing new and ongoing partnerships to achieve seamless, comprehensive, and integrated access to services, creating systemic change, and expanding the workforce development system's capacity to serve customers with disabilities and employers.
The Disability Program Navigator is available to assist individuals in accessing available services, provide information on the Career Center and Workforce Development system, offer support and training to staff, and provide information regarding recruiting, hiring, and retaining workers who have a disability.

Vocational Rehabilitation
Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) is a partner of the one-stop career center system. Some VR counselors are sited at the career center locations while others are housed in different areas of the community. Contact information for these individuals is listed below.
