NCAC Executive Director
Paul Haynes has an extensive career spanning twenty-two years in the administration and operation of workforce development grant programs. Haynes was appointed to Executive Director in February 2007.
Over his career, Haynes has worked at the state and local level designing, implementing and administering federal grant programs. Prior to his current position, Haynes served as assistant commissioner for the Employment and Workforce Development Division of the Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development. Haynes spent the previous nine years as the director of operations and business development for the Nashville Career Advancement Center.
His affiliations include Tennessee Hospital Association’s Workforce Committee, Alignment Nashville Board of Directors, Middle Tennessee Workforce Investment Board, and the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Workforce Committee.
He received his Bachelor Degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University.
