The Summer Youth Employment Program is a federally funded program operated by NCAC. The Program was funded under the Federal Recovery Act for the summer of 2009. Currently, NO FUNDING IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUMMER OF 2010. Should funding become available, applications and program information will be found here.
