Centennial Sportsplex Skaters and Coach Attend Skate Asia!
Pat and Jacqueline Allinder and Coach Karen Gibbons and daughter Chelsea participated in Skate Asia August 9-16, 2008, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Ten countries were represented by over 1000 skaters in this ISI event!
Pat--It has been a great experience and a must for a team next year! . . .We met some really great people who showed us all over town . . .We have so
much in common . . . I made the fun facts book as being the oldest skater in the competition . . .We have been welcomed with open arms but the cheers of the crowd definitely gave an adrenaline
rush! . . .Competitions are good in that they make you set new goals and redirect
your thoughts to improve . . . .
