In accordance with MWS's Sewer Overflow Response plan section 4.4.8, MWS will post a monthly summary of SSOs (excluding service lateral caused building backups) on its Web site. The posting will include, at a minimum, the following information:
- Date
- Time
- Duration
- Location
- Estimated volume of the overflow
- Overflow cause
- Corrective Action
