Your backflow device has recently been tested by a representative of Metro Water Services. State guidelines require we end this twelve step test at the first deficiency found. Therefore, the results you have received do not necessarily indicate if other deficiencies exist.

It is important that you arrange for a complete testing of the device that identifies all deficiencies that could be found in a complete twelve step test. Having the complete test results will prevent additional charges and interruption of service. While repairs do not have to be made by a licensed individual, MWS requires final re-inspection testing be completed by a certified Departmental representative.
