Ending the Epidemic (EtE) is a national movement. Cities and states throughout the country have developed Ending the Epidemic plans. In May 2017, the Treatment Action Group and the Southern AIDS Coalition convened a meeting in Atlanta with Southern jurisdictions to discuss the concept. Nashville along with several other Southern Communities including the states of Alabama and Louisiana and the city of Jackson, Mississippi signed on to engage in Ending the Epidemic planning. Since then, approximately 120 community members have engaged in a series of action committee meetings to craft recommendations to end the HIV epidemic in Nashville by 2024.
From November 30 to December 31, 2018 we invite community to review the plan and provide meaningful feedback.
