Help Desk

Help Desk services are provided through the ITS Technical Support Service Center (TSSC). The TSSC provides technical assistance and support to Metro Government staff computer users. This service is provided via a central telephone contact resource which is available 24/7/365.

The number Metro employees may call to receive assistance is 615-862-4357 (HELP).

Typical problems and requests handled are:

  • Password Resets
  • Technical support for software and hardware
  • Requests for information
  • New Employee setup
  • Terminating / Transferring Employees
