User Accounts

ITS provides users the ability to securely authenticate and access resources such as files/folders/printers on the Metro network.

Services provided:

  • User account creation/deletion/modification
  • Password resets for user accounts
  • Group policy creation/deletion/modification
  • Security groups creation/deletion/modification
  • 24x7 Technical Support
  • Maintenance and software updates of the Active Directory Services application and required infrastructure components
