How To Get Started
Step one: Create an Account
Using the Opportunity NOW portal, youth can create an account and fill out their profile, which then creates a resume. If youth have already created an account, they can log back in, update their profile, upload a resume, and/or apply for new positions.
Step two: Search and Apply for Positions
Youth can search through positions posted on the online portal and have the choice to apply for opportunities that interest them the most! These may be internships, work experiences, or positions posted by employers located in the Nashville area.
*Note: Some positions may require youth to fill out an external application.
Step three: Check your Email/Voicemail for Contact From Hiring Managers
After a youth applies for a position on the portal, the hiring manager for that role may contact youth through the email address provided or phone call to discuss next steps. Hiring managers may wait until the position has closed on the portal prior to contacting potential candidates. Please make sure that your voicemail is set up and that you check your email and voicemail often!
