Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is conducting quarterly surveys during 2018 to gauge resident perceptions of the community and the performance of city government. Survey results are being used to identify community priorities, evaluate the effectiveness of Metro programs and services, and demonstrate Metro’s commitment to accountability and transparency. Metro has contracted with the ETC Institute to administer this confidential survey, which is conducted by mail, Internet, and phone, and is available in the eight most commonly-spoken languages in Davidson County. The random sample each quarter includes at least 400 respondents.
As of December 17, 2018, Q3 results of the Metro Resident Survey are now available on the Open Data Portal.
