An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new sanitary sewer main and a sanitary sewer manhole, for properties located at 203, 205 and 207 Welworth Street (MWS Project No. 18-SL-261 and Proposal No. 2019M-041ES-001).
WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 207 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and one sanitary sewer manhole, for properties located at 203, 205 and 207 Welworth Street, are needed to construct project number 18-SL-36; and,
WHEREAS, easements for the properties were granted to Metropolitan Water Services on April 17, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2019M 041ES-001 on May 3, 2019, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer manhole.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:\
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 207 linear feet of new eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC) and one sanitary sewer manhole, for properties located at 203, 205 and 207 Welworth Street, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
