An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new sanitary sewer and water mains, sanitary sewer manholes and fire hydrant assemblies for property located at Middlewick Lane (unnumbered), also known as Burkitt Village Phase 6 Section 1 (MWS Project Nos. 17-WL-113 and 17-SL-128 and Proposal No. 2019M-037ES-001).
WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,150 linear feet of eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,504 linear feet of eight inch water main (DIP), seven sanitary sewer manholes, and two fire hydrants assemblies, for property located at Middlewick Lane (unnumbered), also known as Burkitt Village Phase 6 Section 1, are needed to construct project numbers 17-WL-113 and 17-SL-128; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2019M 037ES-001 on April 17, 2019, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer and water mains, sanitary sewer manholes and fire hydrant assemblies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,150 linear feet of eight inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,504 linear feet of eight inch water main (DIP), seven sanitary sewer manholes, and two fire hydrants assemblies, for property located at Middlewick Lane (unnumbered), also known as Burkitt Village Phase 6 Section 1, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
