Resolution RS2018-1492

A resolution approving a contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Monroe Harding, Inc., to hire one part-time administrative assistant for the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Nashville Initiative.

WHEREAS, it is to the mutual benefit of Monroe Harding, Inc. and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to hire one part-time administrative assistant for the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Nashville Initiative; and,

WHEREAS, Monroe Harding, Inc. and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, have entered into a contract, attached hereto and incorporated herein, to hire one part-time administrative assistant for the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Nashville Initiative; and,

WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that this contract be approved.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the contract between Monroe Harding, Inc. and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to hire one part-time administrative assistant for the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Nashville Initiative, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
