Metropolitan Council Meeting

6:30 p.m.

The Metropolitan Council convenes for regular meetings the first and third Tuesdays of every month at 6:30 p.m. The March 5 and November 5 meetings were moved from Tuesday to Thursday to accommodate national elections in 2020.

Meetings are broadcast live at Metro Nashville Network (MNN) on Nashville's Comcast Channel 3, AT&T UVerse Channel 99, and are streamed live at the MNN Live Stream.

Location and Parking


Enter the parking garage from 6th Avenue South. Park on the P1 level and keep the white parking ticket in your car. You will receive a green validation ticket inside the Music City Center. You will need both the white and green cards to exit the parking garage. You will need to exit the garage at the P2 exit

Enter the Music City Center across from the parking garage on the P1 level. Security will be located outside the doors before entering the building. The Council meeting will be held in the Davidson Ballroom. It is the first ballroom after you enter the Music City Center from the parking garage, located on the Korean Veterans Boulevard side of the Music City Center. There will be wayfinding signs to help Councilmembers and the public find the meeting. No other doors will be available to enter other than the one on 6th Avenue. All persons entering the Music City Center will be wand and have their temperature taken at the door.
